COVID-19 Updates
Screening & Testing
We have implemented a screening process for anyone who enters the facility.
Mask & Face Shield
Staff are required to wear face mask and shield. Visitors are also required to wear a face mask while in the facility.
Physical Social Distancing
Staff, residents, and visitors will be required to practice proper social distancing in shared spaces in the facility.
Cleaning & Disinfecting
A higher way of cleaning and guidelines will be implemented. Handwashing stations and/or hand sanitizers will be provided through out the facility.
COVID-19 Symptoms
We will be monitoring overall health of residents and staff and watching out for COVID-19 symptoms such as coughing, shortness of breath, fever, repeated shaking with chills, vomiting, new loss of tastes or smell, and muscle pain.
